Kim Farmer has been a certified Personal Trainer, a Clinical Exercise Specialist and a certified Group Exercise Fitness Instructor for over 7 years. She is the owner of Mile High Fitness and currently manages personal trainers and exercise instructors in corporate and private facilities. As a member of the Governors Council for Physical Activity and the Denver Public Schools Sound Body Sound Mind program, she has donated many hours to the community in an effort to improve the health of Colorado residents. She is an avid tennis player, two-time winner of the Colorado State Open tournament. She is also an author of a book and several published articles, and specializes in preventative care for those that may be at risk for disease.
