Description
This class provides an opportunity for individuals looking to spend time meditating with a community of others, from the convenience of home or office. Class will begin with a two minute check in and then 13 minutes of meditation, followed by an optional Q&A chat with Dr. Hanna. Beginners are strongly encouraged to join, and an optional discussion will be facilitated for those new to meditation practice who would like additional information or coaching.
