About Creator
Tamara Green is a holistic nutritionist and an 'intuitive nutrition' coach. As a child she was an extremely picky eater only eating french fries (which is still her favorite food), hot dogs, hamburgers and pizza and she developed a serious case of IBS. She was in chronic pain for 9 years until she turned to food to heal herself. After being completely symptom free since 2008, it is Tamara's passion to assist people in their health journeys to eliminate pain and suffering and find energy, joy, love and happiness through good food. Tamara holds a BA from McGill University and later attended The Institute of Holistic Nutrition becoming a Certified Nutrition Practitioner. She is also an avid urban gardener and loves kale. She is the co-founder of The Living Kitchen Wellness Group (www.livingkitchenwellness.com) a nutrition and wellness business that assists people in feeling fantastic. She teaches a philosophy called "Intuitive Nutrition" which helps her clients to look inward and remove emotional and physiological blocks that stop them from feeling healthy, happy and vibrant.
