Sonali received her training and certification at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is also certified by Teachers College of Columbia University to serve individuals and businesses as a Holistic Health Coach.
She is board certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Her coaching and teaching skills are fortified by a B.A. in Psychology from Georgia State University.
Sonali is also trained by Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine as a Food for Life Instructor teaching evidenced based cooking classes designed for cancer, diabetes, and heart disease prevention and survival.

For example, you may want to learn how to prepare a particular dish with particular spices or you may want to learn healthy cooking techniques that support weight loss, balance blood sugar, and support immune system. Whatever it is, I will teach you the skills you need to create that delicious and healthy meal.
