Adri is a leading Vinyasa /Prana Flow® Yoga and Pilates Teacher with over 6 years of experience and 1600 hrs of combined training. Adri has been blessed with the opportunity to studied with many Yoga and Pilates teachers in hopes of sharing, teaching, and transmitting the knowledge and benefits these two great disciplines have to offer with others. Her main style of yoga is based and inspired by the teachings of her mentor and teacher Shiva Rea, who she credits for re-awakening the natural flow and spontaneous movements in her body, practice and life.
Adri is one of the few fully certified Prana Flow® teachers in the State of Texas and the only teacher leading Prana Flow®Teacher Training Modules in this area. Currently, Adri serves as mentor to Shiva Reas Global School of Living Yoga and continues to assist, study and travel with Shiva to cultivate knowledge and growth in all levels in her life.
In addition to Yoga, Adri also teaches several Pilates classes on the mat and reformer and is a Reiki II practitioner.

The daughter of Indian parents, Hemas yoga training began at home at an early age. Her first teacher was her father. She then went on to study yoga philosophy and meditation as well as asana. Hema is also a student of Indias other great movement traditions. Her in-depth study and practice of classical Indian dance informs how she teaches.
